How to sort NEW EMPLOYEES!

While i was reading the Last Page from the 8days..

i find that it was really interesting and decided to post it up and show you all! Employers would be very interested in this!

HOW TO SORT NEW EMPLOYEES?

- Put 500 bricks in a room.

- Ask all the new employees to go inside the room and close the door.

- Come back after 4 hours and check on them:


1) If they're counting the bricks.. they should be in the Accounting Department.

2) If they're counting the bricks a second time.. they should go into Auditing.

3) If they are sleeping.. they should go into Security.

4) If they're staring out the window.. they belong in the Strategic Planning Division.

5) If they are arguing over who sould do what about the bricks.. assign them to the Legal Department.

6) If they say they have tried putting the bricks into all sorts of combinations.. but honestly it looks as if nothing has been moved - these guys should definitely be in Sales and Marketing.

7) If they're sitting around and drinking kopi.. not doing anything.. then they should be promoted to Senior Management.

8) If they have piled the bricks around them like a fortress and you can't see them.. then tell them they should quit and join the Civil Service.
